design-sprint-facilitation

design-sprint-facilitation is a skill for Claude Code from Dragoon0x/everything-design-taste. It costs 22 tokens per session (300 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A guide to running design sprints and similar design workshops. It explains how to structure activities, manage time, gather ideas, vote, and test a prototype.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare workshop rules, timeboxes, voting, participant roles, sprint outputs, and user testing.
Why use it?
It helps facilitators keep workshops focused and avoid group discussion, unclear decisions, or testing ideas only with colleagues.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00022 $0.00300
Opus 5 $0.00011 $0.00150
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00060
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00030

Security

Grade A, and why

design-sprint-facilitation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Design Sprint Facilitation

5-Day Design Sprint

Day Focus Output
Monday Understand Problem map, long-term goal, sprint questions
Tuesday Diverge Sketches, crazy 8s, solution concepts
Wednesday Decide Storyboard, prototype plan
Thursday Prototype Realistic facade
Friday Test User interviews, validated/invalidated assumptions

Workshop Facilitation

Rules

  1. Timeboxes are sacred. 5 minutes means 5 minutes.
  2. Diverge before converging. Generate before evaluating.
  3. Write before discussing. Silent ideation prevents groupthink.
  4. Vote with dots. Dot voting surfaces preferences without debate.
  5. Decider has final say. Someone needs authority to break ties.

Tools

  • Timer visible to all.
  • Sticky notes (physical or Miro/FigJam).
  • Voting dots.
  • How Might We format for reframing problems.

Common Mistakes

  • Inviting too many people (5-7 max).
  • Not having a decider in the room.
  • Skipping the prototype (testing ideas, not opinions).
  • Testing with colleagues instead of real users.
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
