A Python interface to more than 40 bioinformatics databases and services, including UniProt, KEGG, ChEMBL, PubChem, Reactome, and QuickGO. It provides one style of query and identifier conversion across these sources.

Use it to look up biological records, convert identifiers between databases, and analyse pathways across multiple sources.

It reduces the work of learning and maintaining separate interfaces for many biological databases.
