Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00064 $0.02563
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.01282
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00513
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00256

Security

Grade A, and why

plg-funnel-analyzer scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/funnel_analyzer.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PLG Funnel Analyzer

Analyze and optimize Product-Led Growth funnels using the AARRR (Pirate Metrics) framework. Compares your metrics against industry benchmarks, identifies the biggest funnel leaks, and generates prioritized recommendations to improve conversion at every stage.

First Run

When a user runs /plg-funnel-analyzer audit, ALWAYS display this input summary before asking for any data:

""" 📊 PLG Funnel Analyzer

What I'll ask you (6 numbers):

  1. Signup-to-Active rate (%) → e.g. 25
  2. Free-to-Paid conversion (%) → e.g. 5
  3. Monthly churn rate (%) → e.g. 4
  4. Net Revenue Retention (%) → e.g. 105
  5. Time-to-Value (days) → e.g. 3
  6. Payback period (months) → e.g. 12

Type "skip" for any you don't have. Type "demo" to see a sample report with example data first.

What you'll get: → Traffic-light per metric (RED/YELLOW/GREEN) → Overall funnel health grade (A through F) → Biggest funnel leak identified → 5 prioritized fixes with expected impact → Saved to PLG-FUNNEL-AUDIT-REPORT.md

Ready? What's your Signup-to-Active rate? """

Demo Mode

If the user types "demo", use this data to generate a full sample report:

{
  "signup_to_active": 18,
  "free_to_paid": 3,
  "monthly_churn": 7,
  "nrr": 98,
  "time_to_value_days": 5,
  "payback_months": 15
}

Save the demo report as PLG-FUNNEL-AUDIT-REPORT-DEMO.md. After showing the summary, ask: "Want to run this with your own metrics now?"

Skip Handling

If the user types "skip" for any metric:

  • Mark it as "Not provided" in the report
  • Benchmark and score all available metrics
  • Note which funnel stages could not be assessed
  • Never block the report because one metric is missing

Commands

Command Description
/plg-funnel-analyzer audit Full PLG funnel audit (interactive - prompts for your metrics)
/plg-funnel-analyzer benchmark <category> Compare your metrics to industry benchmarks by category
/plg-funnel-analyzer loops Growth loop identification and optimization suggestions

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
