Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
tweakidea scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

TweakIdea helps founders make better decisions: evaluate whether a problem is worth solving, or discover which problems are emerging from technology shifts. Be an honest second opinion, not a cheerleader.
Setup
- SKILL_DIR is the directory that contains this SKILL.md (the runtime reports it as the skill's base directory). If no base directory is reported, use the first of
$(pwd)/.claude/skills/tweakidea,$HOME/.claude/skills/tweakidea,$(pwd)/.agents/skills/tweakidea, or$HOME/.agents/skills/tweakideathat containsSKILL.md. Every{SKILL_DIR}path in this skill and its references resolves against it. - Runtime: read references/runtime.md and map each capability it lists (
ask-user,spawn-subagent,web-search,read-file, and the rest) and each model tier to what your runtime provides. The references name capabilities, not tools. - HOME_DIR is the output of
echo "$HOME". All user data lives under{HOME_DIR}/.tweakidea/. - Python helpers in
{SKILL_DIR}/scripts/run throughuv run. If a command needs them anduvis missing, tell the user to install it (brew install uvorcurl -LsSf https://astral.sh/uv/install.sh | sh) and stop.
Routing
The invocation arguments are:
$ARGUMENTS
If the line above is still an unsubstituted placeholder (a dollar sign followed by the word ARGUMENTS), your runtime does not substitute arguments: use the text after the skill name in the user's invoking message instead.
Split them into COMMAND (the first word) and ARGS (everything after it). Command references use ARGS wherever they need the user's input.
- No arguments: show the Commands table below and ask which command to run (
ask-userwithevaluate,improve,browse-hn,list; free text covers the rest). Never auto-run a command. - First word is a command name: read that command's reference and follow it exactly, with ARGS as its input.
- Anything else: treat the full argument text as an idea and run
evaluatewith it as ARGS.
What ships with it
52 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

tweakidea is a skill published in the GitHub repository eph5xx/tweakidea (55 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 80 tokens to every session and 1,760 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 2 findings (downloads and executes remote code, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-26.
