Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
neqsim-near-well-and-injectivity scanned grade C with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Near-Well Simulation, Productivity and Injectivity
NeqSim answers what a well can lift. It does not answer what the rock around the well will give or take. That gap is where most assumed productivity and injectivity indices live, and it is where this skill works.
Use this skill when a number like productivityIndex = 200 Sm3/(day·bar) or
injectivity = 450 Sm3/(day·bar) is about to be typed into a model, and nobody
can say where it came from.
When to Use
- A productivity or injectivity index is about to be assumed rather than derived.
- Injectors must be checked against a voidage requirement, not a rate target.
- Productivity decay through the bubble point, or injectivity change as a water bank develops, affects the answer.
- A NeqSim compositional fluid must become a black-oil
PVTO/PVDG/PVTWdeck section. - An Eclipse-format reservoir model must be built and run in OPM Flow, and its inflow relationship handed back to a NeqSim wellbore or process model.
Do not use this skill for CFD (see neqsim-cfd-coupling), for full-field
development planning, or to publish a reserves number without a qualified
reservoir-engineering review.
Inputs
fluid: the NeqSim compositional fluid to convert to black-oil PVT.pressure_grid,reservoir_temperature: pressure nodes and temperature for theBlackOilConverter.convertcall; standard conditions default to 1.01325 bara and 288.15 K.scal_basis:pyscalWaterOil/GasOilendpoints and Corey exponents —swirr,swl,sorw,sgcr,sorg,nw,now,ng,nog,krwend,kroend,krgend.rock_and_geometry: permeability, net pay, porosity, wellbore radiusrw, drainage radiusre, drain length and completion geometry.grid_definition: for a radial model,INRAD,DRV,DTHETAV,DZV/DZandTOPS(vector forms only).well_controls:WCONPROD/WCONINJEtargets and limits, and the group controls (GCONPROD,GCONINJE ... 'VREP') that set voidage replacement.measured_pvt: optional laboratory Rs and Bo at initial pressure, used to validate the converted table.assumed_index: the productivity or injectivity index currently in the model, for comparison against the derived value.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

neqsim-near-well-and-injectivity is a skill published in the GitHub repository equinor/neqsim-community-skills (4 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 141 tokens to every session and 8,773 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it C with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-19.
