Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
neqsim-well-trajectory-anticollision scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 21d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 164 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Well Trajectory and Anti-Collision Screening
Use this skill to build a concept well path in 3D and screen it against existing wellbores before the well is entered into an official directional-planning system. It plans a vertical-kick-off or sidetrack curve-hold path to a target, attaches position uncertainty, and computes the ISCWSA separation factor (SF) against every offset segment. It reports the governing offset, the exit depth from a sidetrack parent and the target pull-back needed to clear a limit.
The result is a screening answer. It is not an anti-collision approval: operator rules, certified tool error models and the official planning system govern the well.
When to Use
- A concept or prospect well needs a first 3D path from a template slot or a sidetrack of an existing bore.
- You need to check a planned path against existing wells and find the governing offset and its SF.
- A target sits close to an exploration or production well and you want to know how far to move it.
- You need to know whether a template slot is free, or whether the plan must be a slot-recovery sidetrack.
- You are deciding whether a sidetrack exits its parent bore cleanly and at what depth.
For reach and torque-and-drag limits on a 2D build-and-hold path, use neqsim-erd-reach-screening. Use
this skill for 3D geometry, uncertainty and anti-collision. The two are complementary.
Inputs
| Input | Unit | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Slot surface position (E, N, V) or parent survey | m | V is depth below one common datum for all wells (e.g. TVDSS). |
| Kick-off depth or tie-in MD | m | The tie-in must coincide with a parent survey station. |
| Target (E, N, V) | m | Same CRS and datum as the offsets. |
| Build/turn rate (DLS) | deg/30 m | Constant on the curve. |
| Offset surveys | MD, inc, az or E, N, V | Definitive surveys; covariances (m², E-N-V) when available. |
| SF rule | – | k = 3.5, Sm = 0.3 m, σpa = 0.5 m, STOP < 1.0 and CAUTION < 1.5 by default; replace with operator rules. |
| Hole radii | m | Default 0.156 m (12¼ in) for both wells; use actual hole or casing radii. |
| Geomagnetic field | nT, deg | Total field and dip for the reduced MWD model. |

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

neqsim-well-trajectory-anticollision is a skill published in the GitHub repository equinor/neqsim-community-skills (4 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 104 tokens to every session and 2,494 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-17.
