neqsim-produced-water-and-solids-separation

neqsim-produced-water-and-solids-separation is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from equinor/neqsim. It costs 103 tokens per session (3,081 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A process-engineering toolkit for treating produced water and separating solids and other phases. Produced water is water that comes up with oil or gas from a well.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to assess hydrocyclones, flotation, filtration, centrifuges, degassing, crystallization, extraction, sulfur removal, and related water or solids separation steps.
Why use it?
It helps screen whether treatment stages can meet oil, solids, gas-release, pressure-drop, or discharge needs before detailed equipment validation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00103 $0.03081
Opus 5.5 $0.00041 $0.01232
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00021 $0.00616
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00308

Security

Grade A, and why

neqsim-produced-water-and-solids-separation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Produced Water and Solids Separation

When to use this

  • Screen a produced-water treatment train, oil-in-water outlet, or discharge volume.
  • Size/check hydrocyclone liners, differential pressure, turndown, or droplet response.
  • Represent gas flotation, solids splitting, centrifuge dewatering, filter pressure drop, or sulfur removal.
  • Evaluate crystallization, liquid-liquid extraction, cryogenic separation, or end-flash where those unit models fit the stated process.
  • Evaluate gas/liquid mass transfer over a pipeline with the evaporation/dissolution studies.
  • Estimate dissolved-gas release from produced water with the degassing utility.

This skill owns separation and treatment equipment. It does not own chemical selection or dose optimization. Route demulsifier dose-response, lag, compatibility, and recommended dose to neqsim-production-chemistry; reuse its result rather than repeating that model here. Build ion composition and scale chemistry with neqsim-electrolyte-systems.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
