What is dilekce-crupac?

A Turkish legal writing method that puts the conclusion first, states the rule, proves the rule with case law or legal scholarship, applies it to the facts, and concludes again.

Use it for Turkish lawsuits, responses, replies, and defenses that require case-law or academic support for the proposed legal rule.

It provides a structure when the existence or meaning of the legal rule is disputed and needs supporting authority.

CRuPAC, CREAC'in "Explanation" katmanını daha sistematik kılan; kuralın varlığını ve kapsamını ayrı bir "Kuralın İspatı (Rule proof)" adımıyla ortaya koyan bir analiz/yazım şemasıdır.
