MIRAT, IRAC'in başına süzülmüş maddi vakıaları ekleyen ve sonucu geçici (tentative) olarak sunan bir analiz/yazım şemasıdır. Vakıa örgüsünün kalabalık olduğu, ya da talebin ihtimalli/kademeli kurulduğu dosyalarda; ilgili vakıaları baştan süzüp meseleyi netleştirmek için güçlüdür.
