Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00094 | $0.03615 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00047 | $0.01808 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00019 | $0.00723 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00362 |
Grade A, and why
covey-seven-habits scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 212 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Covey's Seven Habits of Highly Effective People
The self-help industry generates roughly $14 billion annually in the United States alone, and the vast majority of that output is forgettable within months of publication. Stephen Covey's The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, published in 1989, is the notable exception -- over 40 million copies sold, translated into 40 languages, and still assigned in MBA programs three decades later. The book's durability is not a marketing phenomenon; it reflects a genuine intellectual contribution. Covey drew a sharp distinction between what he called the "personality ethic" (techniques, shortcuts, positive mental attitude) and the "character ethic" (principles, integrity, deep competence). His argument -- that lasting effectiveness flows from character, not charisma -- was unfashionable when published and remains countercultural in a business environment that rewards performative confidence. For entrepreneurs, who must build trust with investors, employees, customers, and partners simultaneously, the character ethic is not optional.
The Framework
Covey organizes the seven habits along a maturity continuum: from dependence (others take care of me) through independence (I take care of myself) to interdependence (we accomplish more together). Most self-help literature stops at independence. Covey argues that interdependence -- the ability to collaborate effectively while maintaining personal integrity -- is the highest and most productive state.
The Maturity Continuum
DEPENDENCE → INDEPENDENCE → INTERDEPENDENCE

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

covey-seven-habits is a skill published in the GitHub repository fatihguner/foreman (50 stars, last pushed 7d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 94 tokens to every session and 3,615 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.

Decision Helper
Make better decisions using structured frameworks and mental models.
screen-detox
A habit-change framework for reducing non-work screen use such as social media, short videos, games, and endless scrolling.
houseclean
Cross-drive storage audit and cleanup. Surveys all drives, finds orphaned git worktrees, large AI tool caches (.ollama, .gemini, .cursor, npm, pip), and buildable artifacts (nodemodules, .venv). Produces a prioritized action plan with specific migration commands. Use when disk space is low or worktrees need cleanup…
schedule
Manages recurring and one-off scheduled tasks. Session-scoped scheduling via CronCreate/CronDelete/CronList. Documents the cloud path for tasks that need to survive machine sleep or network drops.
ambient-project
Quietly maintain a useful project view from meaningful work in the current Codex session. Use when work creates a task, bug, decision, idea, risk, milestone, plan, progress update, or explicit completion.
zapier-explore
Explore what Zapier MCP can do for the user — interview them about their role and the apps they live in, suggest specific use cases as on-demand prompts, then walk them through enabling the actions to make those use cases real. The natural next step after zapier-demo. Use when the user asks "what else can Zapier do…
