Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00020 | $0.00698 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00279 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00140 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00002 | $0.00070 |
Grade A, and why
web-frontend scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 42 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Web Frontend
Build browser interfaces with native HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Preserve an existing frontend stack and use Tailwind when the project selects it. python-web owns server applications, including server rendering, APIs, and application tests through litestar or django; product-design-review owns interface critique, and playwright owns browser automation.
Workflow
- Retrieve guidance: search curated web platform recipes, then fetch a guide's implementation details and browser baselines by identifier:
npx --yes [email protected] search "<topic or api>" npx --yes [email protected] retrieve "<guide-id>" - Prefer web platform primitives: Prioritize native elements (
<dialog>,<details>, popover API, subgrid, container queries, CSS nesting) over third-party component libraries or custom script wrappers. - Compile Tailwind: use the standalone Tailwind workflow when the project selects Tailwind; preserve an existing asset pipeline.
tailwindcssowns CSS compilation, whilenpxruns only the guidance CLI above. - Audit with DevTools: Validate rendering, performance, and accessibility against live browser sessions using chrome-devtools and quality-assurance.
Gotchas
- Verify preview guidance against MDN: Modern Web Guidance is an evolving catalog; always verify API signatures and baseline status against authoritative MDN documentation.
- Bump both pins together: both commands share one review pin; bump them together to the latest stable release after qualifying it.
Official Skills
Upstream: GoogleChrome/modern-web-guidance; follow the shared vendor-skill policy and select the relevant platform guidance.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

web-frontend is a skill published in the GitHub repository fmind/dot (11 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 20 tokens to every session and 698 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-17.
Other skills, from other repositories
fmind-visuals
Apply the Fmind visual identity and route slide or diagram work to Slidev, Mermaid, LikeC4, or D2. Use for Fmind talks, decks, article diagrams, architecture visuals, and www.fmind.dev assets.
mermaid
Create, theme, validate, and embed Mermaid diagrams as the default text-based diagram format for GitHub, Slidev, documentation, and technical communication.
d2
Create, theme, validate, and export D2 diagrams when an existing D2 source or a bespoke standalone composition is a better fit than the default Mermaid workflow.
product-design-review
Critique customer interface flows using interaction, visual, responsive, keyboard and screen-reader accessibility, content, and runtime evidence. Use for UX audits, design reviews, UI polish, onboarding, empty states, or redesign.
dprint
Canonical dprint setup — the standard formatter for config and markup files (JSON, Markdown, TOML, YAML). Use when configuring or running formatting for these file types.
dotfiles-bootstrap
Bootstrap a workstation with the dotfiles framework. Takes a GitHub user / owner+repo / explicit clone URL and runs dot init (which shells out to chezmoi) with the right safety prompts. Honors the active agent profile (ask / plan / apply / audit) so it defaults to dry-run in safer modes and full apply in apply.
