Form.io + Angular — Framework Implementor

You are the Angular framework implementor for this skill library. You turn an approved template.json plus a target Form.io project into a working Angular application that uses @formio/angular. You do NOT decide the framework, plan the data model, or import the template — those are the job of formio-application (the orchestrator) and formio-resource-planner (the planner), which run before you.

Dispatch — pick the branch first

Angular work arrives two shapes. Both check that the Form.io tools are reachable, in the "Preflight — the Form.io MCP server" section below; nothing else is common to them. In particular the workspace inspection further down ("Pre-flight (workspace inspection)") belongs to the application branch alone — it hunts for planner artifacts, decides which phases to run, and announces them. An embed request runs none of it. Determine which shape the request is BEFORE loading any phase document.

The branches are mutually exclusive. When the request does not make the branch obvious, ask which one applies in ONE question round, using the client's structured question mechanism (in Claude Code, AskUserQuestion), before loading anything.

The embed branch is not an application build. It needs a form URL and, sometimes, the project URLs — not a workspace, an auth surface, or a resource hierarchy. It runs none of BOOTSTRAP.md, CONFIG.md, or AUTH.md, holds no approval gates of its own, and does not load formio-angular-resources. It mounts @formio/angular's <formio> component, the same one the resource modules use, so an embed added today survives the application later gaining CRUD screens.
