agent-feed: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/concept-review/SKILL.md

concept-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from fqmyysjjd/agent-feed. It costs 23 tokens per session (717 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A review method for checking names, terms, concepts, and abstractions in software work. It looks for unclear language, unnecessary concepts, and inconsistent vocabulary.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when reviewing naming, module boundaries, APIs, statuses, services, or other newly introduced concepts.
Why use it?
It helps prevent code and documentation from introducing confusing or misleading terms.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is fqmyysjjd/agent-feed's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on agent-feed itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything agent-feed configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00023 $0.00717
Opus 5 $0.00012 $0.00358
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00143
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00072

Security

Grade A, and why

concept-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Concept Review Skill

Use this skill to keep AI-assisted work from introducing unnecessary concepts, misleading names, or vocabulary drift.

Required Use

Use this skill when:

  1. A review includes naming, terminology, abstraction, module boundaries, or user-facing concept changes.
  2. A diff introduces new nouns, categories, layers, services, records, statuses, protocols, or workflow names.
  3. The user questions whether wording, naming, or abstraction is necessary.
  4. A task imports, creates, or modifies external/custom skills whose terminology could override project language.

Required Reading

  1. .agents/rules/outcome-boundary.md
  2. .agents/skills/README.md
  3. .agents/project/README.md
  4. .agents/domain/README.md
  5. The files, diff, plan, or skill being reviewed.

Evidence Priority

Resolve terminology against evidence in this order:

  1. Current user request and Task Brief language.
  2. Project/domain source-of-truth files and indexed read triggers.
  3. Existing public contracts, CLI/API names, generated file names, schemas, and module owners.
  4. Established naming patterns in the same repository.
  5. External or custom skill terminology, only as a lower-priority method vocabulary.

If existing terminology is already inconsistent, do not use the inconsistency as permission to add another term. Prefer convergence toward the clearest existing source of truth, or apply .agents/rules/decision-gates.md when renaming a stable contract would affect future development.

Concept Noise Categories

Flag these four types of concept noise:

  1. Vocabulary drift: a new word competes with an existing word for the same concept.
  2. Pseudo-concept: a new class, layer, workflow name, status, or category wraps an existing action without adding durable meaning.
  3. Semantic misdirection: a name implies a lifecycle, orchestration, state machine, authority, or guarantee that the implementation does not provide.
  4. Concept pollution: a lower-level module, reusable rule, public contract, or generic skill imports terms that belong to a different layer, one repository, or one product domain.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

concept-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository fqmyysjjd/agent-feed (4 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 23 tokens to every session and 717 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
