Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
motion-workflow scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 37 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Motion Workflow
Use this skill for Motion app operation and Final Cut Pro template authoring, not Core Animation, AVFoundation, or custom graphics-code work.
Source Check
Open Motion Help or search the local Tips/Help Viewer catalog for Motion. Confirm the guide matches the installed app/version before relying on project-type, publish, template, or render behavior. Read references/project-template-and-render-contract.md before changing a source project, publishing a template, or rendering an artifact.
Workflow
- Classify the task: composition, Final Cut title/effect/generator/transition, source-project repair, behavior/keyframe animation, parameter publishing, media replacement, render/export, or Final Cut Pro handoff.
- Establish the artifact contract: editable source location, project type, resolution/frame rate/duration/color space, media policy, intended published parameters/category, render format, destination, overwrite rule, and receiving app/version.
- Inspect before action: project type, current preset/timing/color state, selected layers/groups/behaviors/keyframes, source-media links, template publish state, and output destination.
- Preserve the source project. Duplicate or use a new project before changing a reusable template, replacing media, flattening/rebuilding layers, or publishing a revision that can replace an installed Final Cut Pro template.
- Keep parameters and timing intentional. Expose only user-meaningful Final Cut Pro controls, use clear names/defaults/ranges, and distinguish an editable Motion source from a rendered deliverable or published template.
- Confirm immediately before replacing media, deleting layers/assets, publishing/updating a Final Cut Pro template, rendering/exporting, or overwriting a source/delivery/template revision. State the exact target, destination, category, name, and recovery path.
- Verify in the relevant surface: inspect Motion project state, reopen a render, or confirm that the intended Final Cut Pro template category/controls load correctly. For delivery, inspect name, location, duration, dimensions, codec/container, alpha/color, and audio where applicable.
What ships with it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

motion-workflow is a skill published in the GitHub repository gaelic-ghost/socket (6 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 67 tokens to every session and 685 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
