Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00112 | $0.01643 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00056 | $0.00822 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00329 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00164 |
Grade A, and why
complete-output scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 124 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Complete Output
Override the default tendency to truncate, abbreviate, or placeholder large deliverables. When the user asks for complete code, deliver complete code. Every shortcut below is a broken deliverable, not a stylistic choice.
Banned patterns
Never emit any of the following as a stand-in for code the user requested:
// ... rest of the code remains the same// ... existing code ...(inside a deliverable presented as a full file)/* implementation omitted for brevity */# ... (unchanged)<!-- remaining sections as before -->// TODO: implement thiswhere the user asked for the implementation- "The other functions follow the same pattern" instead of writing them
- "You can fill in the remaining cases similarly"
- Ellipses (
...) replacing real statements, props, fields, imports, or config keys - Summarizing a file in prose when the user asked for the file itself
- Emitting only a diff or fragment when the user explicitly asked for the full file
A comment is only acceptable when it is a comment a professional would ship in production — never as a substitute for code.
Wrong vs right
Wrong — placeholder posing as a full file:
export class UserService {
async getUser(id: string) {
return this.repo.findById(id);
}
// ... other CRUD methods remain the same ...
}
Right — every method written out, or an explicit targeted edit:
export class UserService {
async getUser(id: string) { return this.repo.findById(id); }
async createUser(input: CreateUserInput) { return this.repo.insert(input); }
async updateUser(id: string, patch: Partial<User>) { return this.repo.update(id, patch); }
async deleteUser(id: string) { return this.repo.softDelete(id); }
}
If only getUser changed and the context is agentic, edit only getUser — but never emit a "full file" with the other methods elided.
Full-file rule
When the user asks for a full file (or the task requires creating one):
- Output the file from the first line to the last line: all imports, all type definitions, all functions, all exports, closing braces included.
- The file must be paste-and-run valid. If the user copied your output verbatim over the old file, nothing may be missing.
- Do not silently drop code that existed before your change. If you are rewriting an existing file, carry every unrelated section forward intact.
- If a section is genuinely out of scope (e.g., the user said "skip the tests"), state that exclusion explicitly in one sentence — never imply completeness you did not deliver.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

complete-output is a skill published in the GitHub repository Gekkos-tech/agency-os (5 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 112 tokens to every session and 1,643 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
