analyze-funnel

analyze-funnel is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from genudo-ai/genudo_mcp. It costs 78 tokens per session (316 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A read-only report for measuring a Genudo sales pipeline, where potential deals move through stages from early contact to completion.

In plain words
What is it for?
Counting opportunities by stage, status, priority, tag, and date; calculating win rates; and identifying the main funnel drop-offs.
Why use it?
It shows where opportunities are being lost or delayed instead of relying on a single total lead count.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00078 $0.00316
Opus 5 $0.00039 $0.00158
Sonnet 5 $0.00016 $0.00063
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00032

Security

Grade A, and why

analyze-funnel scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Analyze Funnel

Show where leads are and where they stall. Read-only — no writes.

Pull the data

  • list_pipelines — pick the pipeline; note stages_count.
  • list_pipeline_stages — the stage order and names (to label the funnel).
  • list_opportunities — filter by pipeline_id, and slice by stage_id, status, priority, tag_ids, and date range. Page with page/per_page for large sets.
  • list_contacts — audience view, tags, priorities.
  • get_account_summary — top-line totals to reconcile against.

Report

  • Count per stage, in stage order → the funnel shape and the biggest drop-off.
  • Status split (active / won / lost) and win rate.
  • Tag and priority performance.
  • Anomalies (a tool count that disagrees with another surface) flagged, not trusted blindly.

Deliver a concise funnel summary + the top 2–3 places to intervene. If the user wants to act on the opportunities, hand off to manage-opportunities.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
