Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00075 | $0.00535 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00037 | $0.00267 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00107 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
design-stage-followups scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Design Stage Follow-ups
Design and push a re-engagement sequence for leads who go quiet inside a stage.
Check first
get_stage_followup for the target stage — each stage holds at most ONE followup. If one
exists, you will update_followup (it returns the followup_id); if not, create_followup.
Design (per stage)
- Intervals — the timed schedule: when each message fires after the lead goes quiet
(e.g. 10h, then 24h, then 3 days). Short and value-led. Each entry is
{interval_value: 1–100, interval_unit: minute|hour|day|week|month}; array order is the firing sequence. - Instructions — how the AI drafts each follow-up (angle, what to reference, the ask). These control drafting, not a fixed script.
- Assets — optional attention hooks: a video, a case study, a material link.
- After-sequence move — optional
after_followup_stage_id: the stage to move the opportunity to when all intervals are exhausted with no reply (typically a lost stage).
Push
- New:
create_followupwithstage_id,is_active,intervals, plusinstructions,assets,after_followup_stage_idas designed. Start withis_active: falseif the user wants to review before it goes live. - Existing:
update_followup—intervalsREPLACES the whole schedule; always send the full list, never a delta. Passafter_followup_stage_id: nullto remove the transition. - Cap total follow-ups per conversation with
followup_limitviaconfigure-pipeline-settings.
Output
Show the user the sequence (timing, drafting angle, assets, after-move) as a table and get an
explicit yes before pushing. Save the design to
<workdir>/genudo-build/<pipeline>/followups/<stage>/sequence.md when working in a filesystem.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

design-stage-followups is a skill published in the GitHub repository genudo-ai/genudo_mcp (0 stars, last pushed 12d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 75 tokens to every session and 535 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
