Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00149 | $0.01783 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00060 | $0.00713 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00030 | $0.00357 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00178 |
Grade A, and why
onboarding scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 115 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
GenuDo Smart Onboarding & Ecosystem Discovery
This skill is the first-touch welcome and orientation experience for every GenuDo user. It turns a standard MCP connection into an intelligent, tailored onboarding journey by analyzing both their GenuDo workspace and the other tools/plugins active in their environment.
1. The 3-Step Onboarding Execution
Whenever a user connects GenuDo for the first time, or begins a conversation with "Hi", "Hello", "I just connected GenuDo", "How do I get started?", or "What can GenuDo do?":
Step 1: Silent Workspace Discovery
Run in the background:
get_account_summary— inspect total opportunities, won/lost deals, total messages, and cost per deal.list_pipelines— see what agents and pipelines are already configured.
Step 2: Auto-Detect Connected Tools & Plugins
Inspect the session's available tool definitions to identify what other MCP servers or plugins the user has active in their environment (Claude, ChatGPT, or Cowork). Look for:
- Meta / Facebook Ads (
meta_*,facebook_*,ads_*) - Google Sheets / Excel (
sheets_*,excel_*) - CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) (
hubspot_*,salesforce_*) - Lovable (
lovable_*) - Helpdesks (Zoho Desk, Zendesk) (
zoho_*,zendesk_*) - Team Messaging (Slack, Discord, Teams) (
slack_*,discord_*) - Automations (Zapier, n8n, Make)
Step 3: Present the Smart Welcome & Tailored Use Cases
Deliver a clean, structured executive welcome that:
- Greets the user and shares a 1-line snapshot of their GenuDo account.
- Highlights tailored use cases based on their detected plugins (e.g. Meta Ads ROAS attribution, Lovable live dashboards, Zoho Desk ticketing).
- Introduces the 4 Named AI Employees (Aaref, Adnan, ROZ, Sara).
- Asks which high-impact action they'd like to take first.
2. Connected Tool Ecosystem Recommendations
Use this matrix to dynamically personalize the onboarding message based on tools detected in the user's environment:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

onboarding is a skill published in the GitHub repository genudo-ai/genudo_mcp (0 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 149 tokens to every session and 1,783 once invoked, about $0.0006 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-23.
