genudo-pipeline-management

genudo-pipeline-management is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from genudo-ai/genudo_mcp. It costs 45 tokens per session (770 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A toolkit for managing GenuDo automation pipelines, which are staged workflows for conversational agents. It can inspect, create, edit, and troubleshoot pipelines, stages, actions, webhooks, and custom variables.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to build or update pipelines, add stages and actions, manage variables, inspect configuration, and enrol a contact in a journey.
Why use it?
It helps keep multi-step automated journeys organised and makes it possible to check existing stages and allowed settings before changing live workflows.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00045 $0.00770
Opus 5.5 $0.00018 $0.00308
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00009 $0.00154
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00077

Security

Grade A, and why

genudo-pipeline-management scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 22d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

GenuDo Pipeline Management

Overview

Guidelines and multi-step runbook for creating, modifying, and troubleshooting conversational automation pipelines, stages, and action bindings via GenuDo MCP tools.

Key Tools

Purpose MCP Tool
Fetch available pipelines list_pipelines
Inspect stages of a pipeline list_pipeline_stages
Read valid build choices (models, channels) get_pipeline_options
Scaffold a new pipeline create_pipeline
Add a stage to a pipeline create_stage
Attach actions/webhooks to a stage create_action
Manage custom variables create_variable, list_variables, update_variable
Update live pipeline / stages update_pipeline, update_stage, update_action
Enroll contact into a pipeline start_pipeline_journey

Step-by-Step Workflow

1. Discovery First

Always check what already exists before creating new objects:

  1. Call list_pipelines to check existing pipelines and their IDs.
  2. Call list_pipeline_stages with pipeline_id to inspect current stages, order, instructions, and enter_condition rules.
  3. Call get_pipeline_options to retrieve allowed models, channel types (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Web), and system capabilities.

2. Pipeline Scaffolding

When creating a pipeline (create_pipeline):

  • Provide a clear name indicating business role (e.g., "Inbound Sales Qualifying - WhatsApp").
  • Define global instructions (business hours, company persona, tone, escalation triggers).
  • Configure the default AI model and connected communication channel.

3. Stage Architecture

When creating stages (create_stage):

  • Logical Flow: Order stages chronologically (e.g., Greeting / Discovery → Qualification → Booking / Handoff → Closed Won / Lost).
  • Enter Conditions: Define unambiguous enter conditions so the AI transitions at the right conversation milestone.
  • Stage Instructions: Focus on the specific objective of that stage (e.g., "Collect user budget and project timeline").
  • Opening Messages: Specify whether the stage should send an opening message or wait for customer input.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
