lifecycle-mark-closure-done

lifecycle-mark-closure-done is a skill for Claude Code from glassity/agent-skills. It costs 97 tokens per session (795 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A workflow for recording a finished Glassity business opportunity and moving it to the completed stage. Glassity is a system for managing work opportunities and assignments.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after writing the required report to verify the opportunity, capture its report commit, and complete the two-step closure process.
Why use it?
It checks that the opportunity is ready to close and that the required closure report exists before changing its status. This helps prevent incomplete work from being marked finished.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00097 $0.00795
Opus 5 $0.00048 $0.00398
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.00159
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00080

Security

Grade A, and why

lifecycle-mark-closure-done scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Mark closure done — the final step of an opportunity

When to use

  • The leader has aggregated the per-assignment outcomes and written closure/report-and-lessons-learned.md for the opportunity, not an assignment.
  • The opportunity's pipeline stage is closure. This skill re-reads that from the server and stops if it moved.
  • The user says "mark closure done", "close out the opportunity", or similar.

Binary check

Run command -v glassity before the first CLI call. If it is missing, stop and tell the user to install it with brew install glassity/tap/glassity or from https://github.com/glassity/cli/releases. No account yet? Sign up at app.glassity.cloud.

Pre-flight

  1. Re-read the authoritative state:

    glassity --output=json opp show "<opportunity-id>"

If the pipeline stage is not closure, stop:

This opportunity is not in closure (server says <X>). Move it there with glassity opp pipeline-move, then retry.

  2. Locate the closure report:

    ls closure/report-and-lessons-learned.md

The path is fixed. The server validates it and rejects anything else, so there is no point trying a variant. Capture the commit with git log -1 --format=%H -- closure/report-and-lessons-learned.md.

Phase 1 — two mutations, chained

Step A — register the closure report

glassity --output=json opp register-opportunity-artifact "<opportunity-id>" \
  --kind closure_report \
  --stage closure \
  --path "closure/report-and-lessons-learned.md" \
  --commit-sha "<sha>" \
  --status approved

Show the verbatim plan; wait for "yes".

Step B — move the opportunity to completed

glassity --output=json opp pipeline-move "<opportunity-id>" \
  --target-stage completed \
--comment "Closure report registered; opportunity completed."

Show the verbatim plan; wait for "yes".

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
