Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.02359 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00030 | $0.01179 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00012 | $0.00472 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00236 |
Grade A, and why
term-sheet-analysis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 183 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Term Sheet Analysis
Analyze and compare term sheets from multiple investors. Deconstruct each clause's economic and control impact, model real-world outcomes under different exit scenarios, and support the negotiation. Goal: the CEO understands exactly what they're signing up for.
Purpose
A term sheet is a binding commitment dressed in non-binding language — once accepted, the economics and control dynamics are locked in for the life of the company. Founders who sign without understanding liquidation preferences, anti-dilution mechanics, or board composition often discover painful surprises at exit. This skill makes every term transparent and models what they actually mean at different exit values.
When to Use
- "Analyze this term sheet"
- "Compare these term sheets"
- "What does this liquidation preference mean?"
- "Which term sheet is better?"
- "Model the economic outcome of these terms"
- "Explain the board and control provisions"
Inputs Required
- Term sheets from investors — full document with all economic and control terms.
- Current cap table — from
cap-table-management. - Exit scenario assumptions — range of exit values to model (low, mid, high).
Quick Reference
| Economic Term | Normal Range | Red Flag |
|---|---|---|
| Liquidation preference | 1x non-participating (standard) | >1x, participating, cumulative dividends |
| Anti-dilution | Weighted average, broad-based | Full ratchet |
| Dividends | None (for startups) | Cumulative > 8% |
| Option pool | 10-20% post-Series A | Pre-money + oversized = hidden price cut |
| Control Term | Normal | Red Flag |
| Board composition | Balanced (2 founders, 2 investors, 1 independent) | Investor majority |
| Protective provisions | Approval for sale, new financing, amend charter | Approval for budget, hiring, contracts over $X |
| Exclusivity / no-shop | 30-45 days | > 60 days |
Procedure
1. Term Sheet Decomposition
For each term sheet, extract and standardize all terms into a comparison table.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

term-sheet-analysis is a skill published in the GitHub repository gokulb20/crewm8-cfo-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 2,359 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
