lgpd-incident-response

lgpd-incident-response is a skill for Claude Code from goul4rt/lgpd-skills. It costs 148 tokens per session (1,979 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A runbook for responding to personal-data security incidents under Brazil’s LGPD privacy law. It covers preparation before an incident and the emergency steps after a breach.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare an incident-response plan, run a tabletop exercise, or respond to a personal-data breach involving possible notification to Brazil’s data-protection authority, ANPD.
Why use it?
It helps determine whether an incident must be reported, what records to keep, and which deadlines apply, instead of handling the response from memory.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00148 $0.01979
Opus 5 $0.00074 $0.00989
Sonnet 5 $0.00030 $0.00396
Haiku 4.5 $0.00015 $0.00198

Security

Grade A, and why

lgpd-incident-response scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Incident Response LGPD

Runbook aderente à Resolução CD/ANPD nº 15/2024 (RCIS) + Art. 48 LGPD.

⚠️ Esta skill tem dois modos:

  • I. Dados pessoais sensíveis
  • II. Dados de crianças, adolescentes ou idosos
  • III. Dados financeiros
  • IV.

Manter registro do incidente 5 anos mínimo
ATPP prazos em dobro (6 dias úteis), salvo risco à integridade física/moral

Runbook — Hora 0 a Hora 72+

T+0h: Detecção

  • Quem detectou? Sistema (SIEM, DLP, antivirus)? Pessoa (funcionário, titular, pesquisador)?
  • Registrar timestamp exato do conhecimento da afetação a dados pessoais — este é o marco do prazo.
  • Acionar Encarregado imediatamente.

T+0h a T+4h: Contenção e triagem

  • Isolar sistemas comprometidos
  • Preservar evidências (snapshots, logs, dumps)
  • Suspender propagação (revogar tokens, fechar buckets, bloquear rotas)
  • Não destruir nada — perícia precisa
  • Comunicação interna restrita (need-to-know)
  • Acionar provedores de cloud / operadores se relevante

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
