Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00061 | $0.00552 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00221 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00110 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00055 |
Grade A, and why
cloud-native-gis scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 15d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Cloud Native GIS
Coordinate cloud-native workflows through the current ras2cng or hms2cng public API/CLI. Use this skill when invoked directly or routed from RAS/HMS Commander. Version discipline and the informational-tool boundary follow the ras-commander and hms-commander skills: use installed public packages, preserve user pins, and never call project MCP from the main agent.
- Identify the source model family and requested output. Route HEC-RAS to ras2cng and HEC-HMS to hms2cng. Mixed tasks retain separate source identity and can share a declared output catalog.
- Discover the installed version and supported command/signature. Read the selected package's current help, public docs, and available canonical AGENTS instructions. Resolve checkout paths from the environment; do not assume
C:/GHor a NAS mount exists. Do not import the whole historical export skill as a current CLI contract. - Establish horizontal CRS, vertical datum where relevant, quantity/units, time/aggregation, geometry source, output location, and overwrite behavior. Preserve unknown metadata; do not relabel coordinates or water levels as a transformation. Use the package's canonical guidance for source-specific geometry distinctions and archival formats.
- Use only the required extras and binaries for the operation. GIS, raster, DSS, map generation, and storage tools belong here in the Python/CLI path, not in an MCP information server. Missing dependencies or engine requirements must be reported before dependent work.
- Preserve source projects for export/archive workflows. Operations that generate native maps, modify terrain, write databases, upload, or publish require the corresponding task authorization and documented side-effect review. No automatic publication follows a successful local export.
- Return artifact paths, catalog/layer identity, versions, source provenance, CRS/datum/units, actual checks performed, and remaining limitations. Delegate a bounded domain task when useful; return summaries rather than large spatial arrays to the coordinator.
Use canonical package tools and opinions on demand. The same concept can have different contracts in ras2cng and hms2cng; do not duplicate their implementation or invent equivalence. Repository writing rules govern contributions, not the user's maps or deliverables.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cloud-native-gis is a skill published in the GitHub repository gpt-cmdr/ras-commander (88 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 61 tokens to every session and 552 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-04.

aact-bulk-trials
A skill for querying AACT, a PostgreSQL copy of ClinicalTrials.gov data, in bulk. ClinicalTrials.gov is a public registry of clinical studies.
fetch-meta-from-kb
Fetch recent journals rows directly from PostgreSQL and return a JSON array containing doi, title, abstract, and date (filtered by rolling DAYS on createdat). Use when users need raw paper payloads for downstream processing without LLM filtering or hotspot report generation.
geo-infer-space
H3 hexagonal spatial indexing and multi-backend spatial operations. Use when working with H3 cells, spatial indexing, coordinate systems, raster/vector operations, or any spatial backend dispatch (H3, SRAI).
alloydb-basics
Manages clusters, instances, and backups for AlloyDB for PostgreSQL, and integrates with AlloyDB Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools for automated database operations. Use when creating, configuring, or administering AlloyDB databases. Do NOT use for general PostgreSQL instances (e.g. Cloud SQL) or other GCP databases.
postgresql-table-design
Use this skill when designing or reviewing a PostgreSQL-specific schema. Covers best-practices, data types, indexing, constraints, performance patterns, and advanced features.
