bidirectional-bridge-claude-codex: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/bridge-web-audit/SKILL.md

bridge-web-audit is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from grizzly2005/bidirectional-bridge-claude-codex. It costs 57 tokens per session (1,218 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A procedure for investigating an authorized web application or API using captured requests, actors, objects, and application state. It keeps evidence and competing explanations separate during security testing.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for application-specific penetration testing or bug-bounty investigations with the existing bridge and supported JSON request captures.
Why use it?
It prevents assumptions about users, permissions, ownership, and tenants from being mistaken for evidence, while preserving the exact requests needed to reproduce a result.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00057 $0.01218
Opus 5.5 $0.00023 $0.00487
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00011 $0.00244
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00122

Security

Grade A, and why

bridge-web-audit scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 18d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 52 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Bridge Web Audit

Keep the application question and next missing witness central. This skill uses the existing bridge and tools; it does not connect PDX/BELIEF engines or add an orchestrator. Preserve the user's scope, tool preferences and read-only boundaries. Offline analysis stays offline.

Work from evidence

Read the program scope, saved campaign, available actors/sessions and relevant business rules. Distinguish actor identity from role, object owner from actor, and object tenant from actor tenant. Unknown facts stay explicit. Keep exact origin/port, serialized HTTP URL, method, route and ordered duplicate query shape beside each receipt. Recipes refuse URLs that Node would rewrite, such as unresolved dot segments or literal spaces/Unicode; prepare the encoded URL explicitly. A JS route is discovered until an actual capture exists.

Use the user's capture tools. The current executable MVP accepts its versioned JSON import format and has a Node HTTP runner; it does not import arbitrary HAR/Burp files or instrument a browser. Read formats-and-replay.md for the schema, working CLI commands and local fixture.

Keep retained bytes, derived JSON and interpretation separate. The hash binds the retained representation; it does not establish identity, policy, causality or impact. A 200 error, login redirect, timeout, copied source or fired hook is not a vulnerability. Credential headers resolve from environment references at execution and are redacted in the retained request; response data can still contain private information.

Resume shared work

Use memory_get_context on entry for the exact bug-bounty program, branch, application version and evidence epoch; load only useful working notes and source references. Inspect reference integrity and the campaign before relying on a note. Resume from the saved scope/change_cursor with memory_get_changes, paging without skipping to head_cursor. At handoff, record meaningful observations, missing witnesses and pending work with memory_upsert, using the current owned task and the revision read. On a conflict, reread and merge. Use the native manager for these MCP calls; delegated Codex workers receive the selected context through input artifacts because their project bridge MCP is disabled. Persist their proposed notes as manager with references to the worker output and the actual writer's task. Keep the campaign as the sole canonical hypothesis/evidence ledger. For abandoned work, preserve reason, tested conditions and reopening trigger; an active working note is never an oracle-confirmed vulnerability. Archive or supersede temporary notes when their context changes; earlier revisions remain.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

bridge-web-audit is a skill published in the GitHub repository grizzly2005/bidirectional-bridge-claude-codex (1 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 57 tokens to every session and 1,218 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.
