Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00000 | $0.00988 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00000 | $0.00494 |

Grade A, and why
paper-strategist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 121 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Paper Strategist
Purpose
Turn a research idea, draft, or result bundle into a defensible paper plan before drafting begins. This skill is the first gate for paper quality: it decides what the paper is really claiming, what evidence is needed, and what reviewers are likely to attack.
When To Use
- Starting a new paper from notes, experiments, or a rough idea.
- Repositioning a rejected or weak draft.
- Choosing between ICLR/CVPR/NeurIPS/ICML/ECCV/AAAI/TMI/arXiv targets.
- Checking whether the current contribution story is strong enough to support a full paper.
Inputs
Required:
- target venue and year;
- working title or one-paragraph project summary;
- paper type: method, benchmark, system, theory, application, clinical study, challenge paper, survey, or extension;
- main contributions;
- available evidence: experiments, figures, tables, theorems, user/reader studies, clinical validation, or ablations;
- known related work and direct competitors.
Optional:
- draft abstract or introduction;
- target page limit;
- code/data release plan;
- privacy/IRB constraints for medical papers;
- rejected reviews or prior reviewer comments.
Procedure
-
Classify the paper type. Decide what kind of proof the paper needs. A method paper needs mechanism and experiments; a benchmark paper needs dataset/task validity; a TMI paper needs validation scope and clinical relevance.
-
Extract the central thesis. Write one sentence in the form: "This paper shows that <method/idea> enables for <task/context>, supported by ."
-
Separate contributions from features. A contribution is a claim a reviewer can evaluate. A feature is merely something the system does.
-
Build the claim hierarchy. Create one central claim, 2-4 supporting claims, and evidence required for each.
-
Identify the reviewer contract. State what the paper must prove for a fair reviewer to accept the story.
-
Identify likely attacks. List novelty, soundness, baseline, ablation, clarity, reproducibility, ethics, and venue-fit risks.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

paper-strategist is a skill published in the GitHub repository Haohaha-11/Paper-Writing (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It costs nothing until one of its globs matches a file; then it loads 988 tokens. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
