agent-phase-closeout

agent-phase-closeout is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hashgraph-online/awesome-codex-plugins. It costs 73 tokens per session (1,416 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A Chinese-language process for closing out a completed work stage and recording its state. It summarizes finished work, preserves decisions, freezes completed interfaces, and writes a resume checkpoint.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when ending a phase, preparing a new conversation, updating a project snapshot, or archiving work.
Why use it?
It helps an agent or team continue later without losing what was done, what remains, or why key decisions were made.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00073 $0.01416
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.00708
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00283
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00142

Measured 5d ago against content hash e0b0847e1b71, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-08-30, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

agent-phase-closeout scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Codex

当前阶段自动写入 STATE_SNAPSHOT.mdcurrent_phase 字段。

汇总证据链到 DECISIONS.md 引入新方案

Session

  1. .resume/session-YYYYMMDD-HHmmss.md(主)— 当前窗口专属 checkpoint
    • 文件格式:与 RESUME.md 相同的 5 字段结构,额外包含 session_id

PROJECT.mdTASK_QUEUE.mdDECISIONS.mdSTATE_SNAPSHOT.md

4. 识别新增决策 → 写入 DECISIONS.md

  • STATE_SNAPSHOT.md:对照旧版本逐字段确认后再改,禁止凭空重写。
  • TASK_QUEUE.md:移动已完成 → 设新任务
  • DECISIONS.md:汇总证据链 + 新增决策
  • PROJECT.md:更新目标、阶段、冻结区域

请先读取 PROJECT.md、DECISIONS.md、TASK_QUEUE.md 和 STATE_SNAPSHOT.md。

本轮所有动作记录 → 写入 DECISIONS.md 附录。

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
