Socket convention

Use NANOBOT_TMUX_SOCKET_DIR environment variable.
Default socket path: "$NANOBOT_TMUX_SOCKET_DIR/nanobot.sock".

Targeting panes and naming

Target format: session:window.pane (defaults to :0.0).
Keep names short; avoid spaces.
