Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00060 | $0.01790 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00024 | $0.00716 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00012 | $0.00358 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00179 |
Grade A, and why
dhpk-openspec-artifact-guard scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 210 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
OpenSpec artifact guard
OpenSpec's directory shapes are easy to mis-name. The most expensive
mistake — editing openspec/specs/ directly during an active change — is
also the most invisible: nothing throws, the file commits cleanly, and the
delta-merge step on archive silently does nothing because the SSOT already
matches.
This skill is the fast pre-archive guard. The deep verifier is
openspec-verify-change (different skill). Run this one whenever
openspec/** files are in the diff.
Background reading:
modules/library-author/references/openspec-naming-gotchas.md
When to run
- Editing any file under
openspec/ - Reviewing a PR whose diff touches
openspec/ - Before invoking
openspec:archiveon a change (last-line safety net) - After mass-rename in the openspec tree (slug normalization)
When NOT to Use
- Editing source code that has nothing to do with the spec
- Running
openspec:verifyalready (it covers a superset of these checks)
Inputs
The diff under openspec/ (or, if no diff, the current working tree state):
git diff --name-only -- openspec/
# or, if no diff:
find openspec/ -type f -name '*.md' -newer openspec/project.md 2>/dev/null
Also read openspec/changes/*/ directory shapes (regardless of diff).
Checks
Check 1 — Direct SSOT edit during active change (CRITICAL)
Find files matching openspec/specs/** in the diff that are NOT in an
archive commit.
git diff --name-only | grep -E '^openspec/specs/[^/]+/'
A new file or modified file here is suspect. The only legitimate way
to update openspec/specs/ is through openspec:archive which applies
delta directives from openspec/changes/<slug>/specs/ to the SSOT.
Confirm legitimacy by:
- The commit message contains
archiveAND - The same commit touches
openspec/changes/.archive/<slug>/oropenspec/changes/archive/<slug>/
If both conditions are met → APPROVE.
Otherwise → CRITICAL: redirect the edit to
openspec/changes/<current-change>/specs/<capability>/spec.md with
delta markers.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

dhpk-openspec-artifact-guard is a skill published in the GitHub repository hmj1026/dhpk (2 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 60 tokens to every session and 1,790 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-05.

opportunity-solution-tree
Build an Opportunity Solution Tree (OST) to structure product discovery — map a desired outcome to customer opportunities, possible solutions, and experiments. Based on Teresa Torres' Continuous Discovery Habits. Use when the team is unclear what to build next, when multiple opportunities compete, or before writing a…
done-blocked
Reusable reporting contract for any agent that hands work back to the pipeline. Forces ONE of two terminal statuses (DONE or BLOCKED) with a specific evidence shape. Stops vague "probably finished" and "kind of stuck" verdicts.
pm-planning
Decomposition methodology for pm agent — turns an approved ARCH document into a Beads task list with explicit dependencies, time-boxes, and acceptance criteria. The pipeline can only orchestrate work it can see; this skill defines what "seeable work" looks like.
import-spec-file
Imports a handwritten spec document into Shipyard in place of brainstorming. Use when a freeform spec, requirements, or design document already exists.
shipyard-writing-plans
Breaks a spec, requirements, or design into an implementation plan with file paths and verification commands. Use for any multi-step task before touching code. Also use when the user says "plan this", "break this down", "create tasks", or "decompose this feature", when a task needs more than 2-3 steps, or when tasks…
shipyard-handoff
Captures session context into .shipyard/HANDOFF.md so the next session can resume without losing progress. Use when the user says "handoff", "save context", or "I'm done for now", or when a long session ends and its state should be recorded.
