What is reality-check?

A checkpoint for asking whether finished work items actually move the project toward its intended goal. It is meant for milestones or whenever a team seems busy but may be heading in the wrong direction.

Use it after major milestones, partway through a large set of beads, or whenever progress feels directionally wrong.

Completing tasks does not always solve the original problem. This check helps reveal missing work or a plan aimed at the wrong outcome.
