A Python library for bioinformatics and community ecology, the study of biological communities such as groups of microbes or species. It works with DNA, RNA, and protein sequences, alignments, phylogenetic trees, and diversity measurements.

Use it to analyze microbiome composition, compare communities, measure diversity, study evolutionary trees, align sequences, and visualize differences with methods such as PCoA.

It gives biological data consistent structures and analysis methods, reducing the need to build custom code for sequence and ecosystem data.

本工具使用 JDBC 驱动连接达梦数据库，已内置 DmJdbcDriver18.jar 驱动文件。

连接参数

所有脚本支持以下参数：
