Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
huawei-cloud-account-onboarding scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 15d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Huawei Cloud Account Onboarding — Real-Name Authentication Guidance
Read-only conversational guidance for Huawei Cloud real-name authentication: query the current
authentication status (verified_status / verified_type) and fetch the face-recognition QR code
URL when the customer needs to complete or re-initiate authentication.
Execution mode: huaweicloudsdkbss (Python SDK). As of hcloud CLI 7.2.12, KooCLI reports
Unsupported service: BSS, so this skill executes via the officialhuaweicloudsdkbssPython SDK against the BSS endpointhttps://bss.myhuaweicloud.com(fixed regioncn-north-1).
Overview
Huawei Cloud customers must complete real-name authentication before using most services. The status query and face-auth QR code are scattered across multiple console pages; this skill aggregates them into a conversational flow so an agent can help the customer in one conversation.
Feature scope
- Query real-name authentication status —
verified_status:-1not verified,0under review,1rejected,2verified;verified_type:0personal,1enterprise. - Get the face real-name authentication QR code URL — single-use, auto-invalidated after 10 minutes,
main account only (sub-account returns
CBC.99007297). - Confirm completion — after the customer finishes scanning on the phone, query the status again on explicit user confirmation (no automatic polling).
Authentication state flow
-1 (not verified) ──get QR + user scans──▶ 0 (reviewing) ──▶ 2 (verified)
│ │
└────────────◀── 1 (rejected) ◀────────────┘
(re-fetch QR only after asking the user)
Out of scope (red lines, non-negotiable)
- Never collect real identity information (ID number, ID photos, AK/SK).
- Never perform authentication on the user's behalf — QR scanning and face recognition must be done by the user on their own phone.
- No automatic polling/waiting for verification; re-query only after user confirmation.
- When the QR code expires, ask the user before re-fetching — never auto re-fetch.
- Huawei Cloud scenarios only; other cloud providers' KYC flows are out of scope.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

huawei-cloud-account-onboarding is a skill published in the GitHub repository huaweicloud/huaweicloud-skills (59 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 113 tokens to every session and 2,008 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-10.

pandadoc-onboarding-agreement
Generate an onboarding or employment document from a template with the new joiner's details prefilled, make sure every field is assigned to them, then send for signature. Use when someone is onboarding a hire and needs paperwork issued.
Hiring Review
Use when reviewing an employment offer letter (and any restrictive-covenant exhibits) against the candidate's actual work jurisdiction and the employer's standard hiring practices to produce a structured draft review memo with a verdict, for attorney review.
KYC Onboarding Review
Use when reviewing a client or investor onboarding packet to inventory documents, extract KYC fields, apply the firm's KYC/AML rules grid, propose a customer risk rating, and assemble an escalation packet for compliance and attorney review.
fto-triage
Freedom-to-operate triage — a structured first look at potentially blocking patents, not an FTO opinion. Use when a product, process, or feature is being evaluated for blocking patents, when asked whether anything stops a launch, or to build a claim-chart first pass against the most plausible patents before patent…
legal-hold
Issue, refresh, release, or report on legal holds — drafts the hold notice as .docx, updates legalhold fields in log.yaml, and calendars the next refresh. Use when the user says "issue a hold", "refresh hold", "release hold", or asks for a portfolio-wide hold status report.
specification-writing
A workflow for writing complete patent specifications from patent claims and an invention disclosure. It adapts the document to a chosen jurisdiction, such as the US, Europe, or China.
