In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to issue employment or new-hire agreements and other onboarding documents for signature.
Why use it?
It reduces the chance that personal details are missing or that the new hire receives a form with fields left for them to complete. It handles sensitive information without repeating it in replies.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00052 $0.03479
Opus 5.5 $0.00021 $0.01392
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00696
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00348

Security

Grade A, and why

pandadoc-onboarding-agreement scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

PandaDoc Onboarding Agreement Generator

Issue a new joiner's paperwork with their details already filled in, and nothing left unassigned.

The difference from a plain send is prefill: HR templates carry many fields, and a document sent with half of them blank puts the work back on the new hire.

Prerequisites

The PandaDoc MCP Server must be connected. Required tools: PandaDoc:templates_list, PandaDoc:templates_details_get, PandaDoc:documents_create, PandaDoc:documents_status_get, PandaDoc:documents_details_get, PandaDoc:documents_fields_assign, PandaDoc:documents_update, PandaDoc:documents_send. If they are missing, say so and point at https://mcp.pandadoc.com.

Handling personal data

These documents carry personal information — full names, national ID numbers, addresses, sometimes compensation. Two habits:

  • Never reprint a national ID, PESEL, passport number, home address or salary figure in your replies. Refer to it, do not restate it: "national ID — filled from the value you gave", "PESEL — received, will go in Text2". The user typed the number; they do not need it read back, and this transcript gets logged, pasted into tickets and shared. One mention in their message is unavoidable, a second one is yours to prevent.

The easy place to slip is the field inventory in Step 2 and the summary in Step 6, where listing field-and-value feels like diligence. Text2 — can use 85******345 (ID) is the mistake; write Text2 — national ID, from your message instead. This holds even when you are only asking about something else, such as a missing date.

Masking is fine when a value genuinely has to be identified — 85******345 — but naming the field is usually enough.

  • Never invent a value for a personal field. If a national ID, address or start date is missing, ask. A plausible-looking placeholder in an employment document is far worse than an unfilled field, because it can be signed.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
