An assessment tool for Huawei Cloud Container Engine (CCE), a managed service for running containerized applications. It collects environment measurements and produces scores, findings, and improvement suggestions.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to assess a Huawei Cloud CCE environment and review results by evaluation area.
Why use it?
It turns container-environment checks into a structured report so you can see where an application setup may need improvement.

SkillSpector: 2 findings, up to high

These are SkillSpector’s own severities. On a checked sample its high-severity flags on skills were ~96% false positives — a documented command, a public API, a “never do X” rule — so we show them as a caution to read, not a verdict. Why →

  • high Privilege Escalation · line 186
Code accesses credential files (SSH keys, AWS credentials, etc.). This could indicate credential theft attempts.
Fix: Remove references to credential paths. Use environment variables or secrets managers. For docs, use placeholder paths (e.g., /path/to/config). Never load .env or token files in production code paths.
  • low Excessive Agency · line 147
Skill's behavior or capabilities extend beyond its stated purpose. Scope creep allows an agent to perform actions unrelated to its documented functionality, increasing the attack surface.
Fix: Limit the skill's scope to its documented purpose. Remove instructions that enable the agent to perform actions outside its stated functionality.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00069 $0.03133
Opus 5 $0.00034 $0.01566
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00627
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00313

Security

Grade A, and why

huawei-cloud-cce-env-assessment scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 5 executable files (scripts/__init__.py, scripts/collect_all.py, scripts/make_charts.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Huawei Cloud — CCE ENV Assessment Skill

Overview

Automatically collects evaluation metrics of the huawei cloud container environment, outputs metric scoring tables by dimension, and generates evaluation reports and improvement suggestions.

Prerequisites

Prerequisite check: Huawei Cloud CLI (hcloud) >= 7.2.2 required Run hcloud version to verify the version is >= 7.2.2, and hcloud configure list to confirm a profile exists. If it is not installed or the version is too low, see references/koocli-installation-guide.md for the installation guide.

hcloud version
hcloud configure list

Prerequisite check: Python >= 3.6 required Run python --version to verify the version is >= 3.6.0 If it is not installed or the version is too low, The skill execution is interrupted proactively, and the user is prompted to install Python 3.6 or later. If the Python version is 3.6.x, run the following command to upgrade pip to the latest version pip3 install --user --upgrade 'pip<22'

⚠️ Mandatory Execution Rules

Rule 1: Step-by-step Confirmation

After each step, you MUST:

  1. Print the completion status of the current step
  2. Show the output produced by that step
  3. Every Skill run starts from Step 1 — do NOT skip Step 1 and jump into later steps
  4. Strictly follow this Skill's rules and wait for user confirmation after every step
  5. Strictly follow the described flow; do not perform extra operations. If anything errors, return the error to the user as-is — do not try to fix it yourself
  6. All execution rules take precedence over efficiency

Do NOT chain multiple steps in a single run!

Rule 2: Fixed Directories

After each step, you MUST:

  1. Save all intermediate files under the data/ directory

Rule 3: Permission Issues

  1. When you hit a permission problem, try sudo. If that does not resolve it, error out and abort the Skill flow

Rule 4: Anti-skip Check

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
