hf-to-tickets

hf-to-tickets is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hujianbest/harness-flow. It costs 45 tokens per session (567 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A task-planning step that breaks an approved software specification and architecture into small vertical slices, with each slice covering a narrow complete path through the system.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a machine-readable task list, identify which tasks block others, and prepare the first thin end-to-end implementation path.
Why use it?
It prevents work from being split into disconnected technical layers and makes dependencies and delivery order clear.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00045 $0.00567
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00283
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00113
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00057

Measured 12d ago against content hash 3755aee4030e, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

hf-to-tickets scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

hf-to-tickets

把计划、规格或架构拆分为任务票——采用曳光弹式垂直切片,每张票都声明会阻塞它的其他任务票。

HarnessFlow 桥接

  1. 宜在规格与特性架构评审通过后拆票;更新 progress.mdto-tickets
  2. 发布到 features/<id>/tickets.md(机器可读的 - [ ] T-NN 行)。
  3. 首张可执行票应为最薄端到端路径(行走骨架判据),除非架构已声明存量无需。
  4. 更新 progress.md;下一步进入 hf-implement

流程

1. 收集上下文

读取 spec.mdarchitecture.md、评审记录与 CONTEXT.md

5. 发布

本地 / HF 默认方式——tickets.md

# 任务票

- [ ] T-01 <title> — Blocked by: None — <what it delivers>
- [ ] T-02 <title> — Blocked by: T-01 — <what it delivers>

可选择在 tickets/ 下为每张任务票创建详情文件;清单以 tickets.md 中的 - [ ] T-NN 行为准。

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

hf-to-tickets is a skill published in the GitHub repository hujianbest/harness-flow (53 stars, last pushed 12d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 45 tokens to every session and 567 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
