MANDATORY WORKFLOW - FOLLOW IN ORDER

Phase 0: Authentication Check (ALWAYS FIRST)

  1. Check authentication: ibmcloud target
  2. If not authenticated, ask user to configure IBM Cloud CLI and authenticate with:
    • ibmcloud login --sso (for SSO authentication)
