Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00057 | $0.01358 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00023 | $0.00543 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00272 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00136 |
Grade A, and why
architecture-deck scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 128 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Architecture Deck
Build PowerPoint architecture presentations that walk an audience from business
context down to deployment detail. Output is a .pptx file generated with
python-pptx; diagrams are exported as PNG from draw.io or Mermaid sources and
embedded as pictures.
When to Use
- "Create a deck for the architecture review board"
- "Turn this design.md into slides"
- Solution proposals, design reviews, migration briefings, ADR walkthroughs
- Any
.pptxdeliverable whose subject is a system architecture
Prerequisites
python -c "import pptx" 2>/dev/null || pip install python-pptx
For embedded diagrams you also need rendered images:
- draw.io sources:
drawio-ai render diagram.drawio --format png(see thedrawio-awsskill), or File → Export in the draw.io app. - Mermaid sources:
npx -y @mermaid-js/mermaid-cli -i flow.mmd -o flow.png -s 3(-s 3gives print-quality scale).
Never draw architecture shapes with native PowerPoint autoshapes when a real diagram source exists — render the source and embed the image, so the diagram stays maintainable in one place.
Standard Slide Sequence
Follow this order unless the user asks otherwise. Cut slides that have no content rather than padding them.
| # | Slide | Content |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Title | Solution name, author, date, version, confidentiality note |
| 2 | Agenda | 4–6 bullets max |
| 3 | Business Context | Problem, drivers, success criteria — no technology yet |
| 4 | Requirements Snapshot | Top functional + non-functional requirements (table) |
| 5 | System Context | C4 Level 1 diagram: system, users, external systems |
| 6 | Container / Component View | C4 Level 2–3 diagram(s), one per slide |
| 7 | Key Flows | Sequence diagram per critical flow (1 flow per slide) |
| 8 | Deployment View | Regions/AZs/VPCs, environments, scaling model |
| 9 | Security & Compliance | AuthN/Z, data protection, network boundaries |
| 10 | Cost & Operations | Cost drivers, observability, runbooks |
| 11 | Decisions & Trade-offs | Key ADRs: chosen option + one-line rationale each |
| 12 | Risks & Next Steps | Top risks with mitigations, roadmap |
| 13 | Appendix | Detail tables, alternative options, glossary |
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

architecture-deck is a skill published in the GitHub repository ihatesea69/kiro-kit (19 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 57 tokens to every session and 1,358 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
