Контекст РФ: что такое «зарплата сотрудникам»
Это выплата зарплаты штатным сотрудникам по трудовым договорам в РФ (не подрядчикам/самозанятым и не зарубежный payroll). Ключевые правила 2026:
- Зарплата платится не реже двух раз в месяц: аванс (за первую половину) и окончательный расчёт. Конкретные даты закреплены в трудовом/локальном акте, расчёт — не позднее 15 календарных дней после окончания периода.
- МРОТ: 27 093 ₽ с 01.01.2026 — зарплата за полностью отработанный месяц не ниже него (до удержания НДФЛ).
- НДФЛ удерживает работодатель как налоговый агент при каждой выплате (и с аванса, и с расчёта).
- Страховые взносы платит работодатель сверх зарплаты (это не удержание из зарплаты сотрудника, а расход бизнеса поверх неё).
- Налоги и взносы идут через ЕНП (единый налоговый платёж) с уведомлениями.
