Шаг 0 — Статус НДС (обязательно)
С 2026 года УСН с доходом свыше 20 млн ₽ платит НДС (5% / 7% / 22%). Это меняет и цену, и маржу. Перед расчётом уточните у собственника:
- доход за прошлый год превысил 20 млн ₽? Если да — ставка 5%, 7% или 22%?
- цены указаны «с НДС» или «без НДС»?
Если доход ≤ 20 млн ₽ — собственник без НДС, считаем напрямую. Иначе всю маржу считаем от выручки без НДС (выручка без НДС = сумма ÷ (1 + ставка)).
Шаг 1 — Базовая маржа
По рабочему процессу скилла margin-analyzer:
- Подтяните выручку по товарам/услугам за последние 90 дней из
~~бухгалтерия(например, 1С:Бухгалтерия, МойСклад). Если бухгалтерия не подключена — выгрузка CSV из банк-клиента. - Подтяните себестоимость или прямые затраты по позициям из
~~бухгалтерия(если разнесены). - Подтяните поступления из
~~платежи(например, ЮKassa, Тинькофф Касса) за те же товары для сверки. - Посчитайте текущую валовую маржу по позиции: (выручка без НДС − себестоимость) ÷ выручка без НДС.
