Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00102 | $0.01424 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00051 | $0.00712 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00020 | $0.00285 |

Grade A, and why
pitch-deck scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 106 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Pitch Deck
A pitch deck is not a document - it's an argument. First-time founders lose rounds because they build a feature catalogue instead of a story, and because each slide tries to say five things and therefore says nothing. Investors decide in minutes whether to keep reading; they are pattern-matching on a narrative, not grading your design. This skill builds the story first, then forces each slide down to a single message a tired partner could repeat from memory.
The method
Built on the Founder OS scaffold (High tier). Full frameworks in references/deck-narrative.md.
Step 1 - Fix the audience and the round before writing a word
A pre-seed angel deck and a Series A partner deck are different arguments. Pin down:
[STAGE]and round - what you're raising and what evidence that stage expects (an idea vs. a working product vs. real traction).- Audience - angel, pre-seed fund, Series A partner, accelerator. Each weights the slides differently (see references: "what investors actually look for per slide").
- The job of the deck - get the meeting, or close the meeting. A teaser/forward deck and a presented deck are not the same artefact.
State these out loud. The rest of the deck is downstream of this decision.
Step 2 - Build the story arc before the slides
Slides are the delivery system; the arc is the product. Draft the spine in plain sentences:
Problem → Why now → Solution → Traction → Market → Business model → Team → Ask.
Each link should make the next feel inevitable. If "why now" is weak, the whole deck reads as "nice idea, no urgency." Write the arc as eight sentences first. If the sentences don't connect, no slide design will save it.
Step 3 - Draft each slide's ONE message
For every slide, write the single sentence the investor should walk away believing. The headline of the slide is that sentence - not "Market," but "A $X wedge into a $Y category growing Z% a year." Everything else on the slide exists only to support that headline. If a slide needs two messages, it's two slides. A draft is not a decision: get the messages down, then cut.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

pitch-deck is a skill published in the GitHub repository impactbrussels/FounderOS (2 stars, last pushed 2mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 102 tokens to every session and 1,424 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
