Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00096 $0.02505
Opus 5 $0.00048 $0.01252
Sonnet 5 $0.00019 $0.00501
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00250

Security

Grade A, and why

apply-reverse-mentoring-strategy scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Apply Reverse Mentoring Strategy

During a period of rapid technological or generational change, identify the specific new domain a senior leader doesn't understand but fears being left behind on, and position your genuine expertise in that domain — made visible directly to them — as your entry point, rather than making an undifferentiated general request for their attention or mentorship.

Why This Is Best Practice

Why best: Senior leaders who have built real authority within an existing system face a specific, structural vulnerability during periods of rapid change: their accumulated expertise and status were built under the old conditions, and a genuinely new domain (a technology, platform, or generational shift in behavior) can leave them without the pattern-matching experience that made them effective in the first place — creating real, well-founded anxiety about relevance, not vague insecurity. This is not a generic claim that "everyone likes to feel needed" — it is a specific, structural asymmetry: the senior leader has power and resources but a genuine, identifiable knowledge gap in one specific area; a junior person may have exactly that specific knowledge but lack the access and resources to act on it alone. Filling that named gap, and making the fit visible, converts a generic access problem into a specific, mutually valuable exchange.

Jack Welch, General Electric reverse mentoring program (1999): Facing the rapid rise of the internet and recognizing that senior executives, himself included, lacked hands-on fluency with the new technology relative to junior employees who had grown up with it, Welch instituted a formal program pairing several hundred senior GE executives with younger employees specifically to be taught by them. The program was explicitly built on the premise that the executives had a real, specific knowledge gap (digital technology) that junior employees could genuinely fill, and that formalizing the exchange gave junior participants direct, structured access to senior leaders they would otherwise have had no natural path to reach.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
