Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00037 | $0.03806 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00018 | $0.01903 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00761 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00381 |
Grade A, and why
archi-decompose-roadmap scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 280 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Invocation
- Auto-invoke: No, not triggered by model based on description.
- Trigger location: Only explicitly called via
[[SUBAGENT]]/[[NO-SUBAGENT]]in/archi.*protocols. - Execution context: When subagent supported must execute in independent subagent/independent context; only downgrade to inline Skill when no subagent.
- Boundary: Only return protocol-required structured artifacts, subsequent write, confirm and signoff handled by calling protocol.
Roadmap Task Decomposition
Invocation Modes
- From scratch (
/archi.initstart): Brief feature list + ui_context → Generate complete Roadmap. Do not generate EDIT tasks. - Incremental append (
/archi.plandecompose): Brief + existing Roadmap → Append new tasks. Do not modify existing tasks, ID uses unused range.
Schema Constraint (Tier 1): roadmap.json validated by CLI Zod, do not add/remove fields.
Core Philosophy: Minimum Deliverable Vertical Slice
One Task完成后, 启动项目能验证一条完整的功能路径。
Vertical slice = End-to-end delivery unit from data layer to user touchpoint layer. Each Task contains all code needed for that slice (Schema / API / State management / Page / Route), after completion can independently verify without depending on subsequent Tasks.
Four Baselines:
- Runnable: After Task completes, starting project can traverse at least one functional path
- Cohesive: Code for shared components/state/modules must be within same Task
- Controllable: Single Task involves 3-6 new files/modules, AI can complete in one session
- Verifiable: After Task completes, has corresponding automated test proving functionality correct
Effort Judgment
Before outputting any tasks, classify the requirement as single-task or multi-task and give rationale:
- Independent acceptance flows: 2+ user/command/API flows →
multi-task - Concern count: covers >2 concerns among data/API/UI/auth/sync/import-export, etc. →
multi-task - Estimated files/modules: candidate Task exceeds 6 new files/modules → split further
- Implementation controllability: cannot fit one implementation session → split further
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

archi-decompose-roadmap is a skill published in the GitHub repository JiuNian3219/architext (14 stars, last pushed 3mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 37 tokens to every session and 3,806 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
