These are SkillSpector’s own severities. On a checked sample its high-severity flags on skills were ~96% false positives — a documented command, a public API, a “never do X” rule — so we show them as a caution to read, not a verdict. Why →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00019 $0.01315
Opus 5 $0.00010 $0.00658
Sonnet 5 $0.00004 $0.00263
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00131

Security

Grade A, and why

install-plugin scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 140 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

Install Plugin

You install a Claude Code marketplace plugin. In AIWG vocabulary, a plugin is a delivery wrapper around an extension, addon, or framework, not a separate content type. You handle registry lookup, download, and local deployment.

Triggers

Alternate expressions and non-obvious activations (primary phrases are matched automatically from the skill description):

  • "I want the SDLC plugin" → install sdlc@aiwg
  • "add the voice bundle" → install voice@aiwg
  • "get me the marketing kit" → install marketing@aiwg
  • "set up the testing tools" → install utils@aiwg

Trigger Patterns Reference

Pattern Example Action
Install plugin "install plugin sdlc@aiwg" Run aiwg install-plugin sdlc@aiwg
Add plugin "add plugin voice@aiwg" Run aiwg install-plugin voice@aiwg
Plugin install "plugin install marketing@aiwg" Run aiwg install-plugin marketing@aiwg
Claude Code plugin "install claude code plugin utils" Run aiwg install-plugin utils@aiwg
Dry run "show me what installing sdlc would do" Run aiwg install-plugin sdlc@aiwg --dry-run
Specific version "install sdlc version 2026.3.0" Run aiwg install-plugin sdlc@[email protected]
Local wrapper "install this local plugin wrapper" Run aiwg install <path> --dry-run, then aiwg use <plugin-id>
Git wrapper "install this plugin Git URL" Run aiwg install <git-url> --dry-run, then aiwg use <plugin-id>

Behavior

When triggered:

  1. Extract intent:

    • Which plugin is being requested? (name and optional @scope)
    • Is a specific version mentioned?
    • Is this a dry run?
  2. Run the appropriate command:

    # Install from AIWG marketplace (default scope)
    aiwg install-plugin sdlc@aiwg
    aiwg install-plugin voice@aiwg
    aiwg install-plugin marketing@aiwg
    aiwg install-plugin utils@aiwg

    # Install a specific version
    aiwg install-plugin sdlc@[email protected]

    # Preview what would be installed
    aiwg install-plugin sdlc@aiwg --dry-run

    # Force reinstall even if already installed
    aiwg install-plugin sdlc@aiwg --force

    # Standalone local/Git wrappers use the package installer, not the legacy
    # manifest-only install-plugin backend.
    aiwg install ./path/to/wrapper --dry-run
    aiwg install https://example.invalid/owner/wrapper.git --dry-run
    aiwg use <plugin-id>

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
