What is requesting-code-review?

A code-review skill for getting an independent technical assessment of a feature, branch, or ad-hoc change. Code review means checking proposed changes for problems before they are merged or integrated.

Use it when a feature or branch is ready for review, before integration, or when an isolated change needs another technical opinion.

It gives the work a fresh review before it becomes part of the main codebase.
