What is accounting-material-intake?

A process for receiving and organizing accounting materials such as receipts, invoices, bank statements, contracts, and reimbursement records.

It is for handling PDFs, images, spreadsheets, screenshots, pasted text, and authorized mounted sources, including requests to store or retrieve them.

It helps preserve submitted evidence and identify which accounting documents or details are still missing.
