Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00065 | $0.07291 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00026 | $0.02916 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00013 | $0.01458 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00006 | $0.00729 |
Grade A, and why
health-sweep scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 24d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 600 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Health Sweep — Full Codebase Audit Orchestrator
Use this skill when the user wants a comprehensive, multi-perspective health audit of a codebase. This is the capstone orchestrator for the entire health audit suite. It detects which audits apply, runs them in parallel via subagents, deduplicates cross-audit findings, identifies systemic themes that no single audit would surface, and produces a unified scorecard with a prioritized remediation plan.
Do NOT use this skill for a single-perspective audit. Use the individual audit skills directly:
/health-audit— codebase and technical quality/health-audit-ux— user experience and visual consistency/health-audit-data— data handling and privacy/health-audit-dx— developer experience/health-audit-seo— SEO and web presence/health-audit-api— API surface quality/health-audit-ops— ops and deployment readiness/health-audit-domain— business logic and domain integrity
Mission
Orchestrate a multi-perspective audit that reveals what no single audit can: the systemic patterns, cross-cutting risks, and compounding issues that only become visible when you examine a codebase from every angle simultaneously. The value of a sweep over running audits individually is threefold:
- Cross-audit deduplication — The same root cause flagged from multiple perspectives becomes a high-confidence, high-priority finding
- Systemic theme identification — Patterns that span audit boundaries reveal organizational and architectural issues
- Unified prioritization — A single ranked action plan that weighs findings across all perspectives
Arguments
/health-sweep— run with auto-detected audit selection/health-sweep all— force all 8 audits regardless of applicability/health-sweep tech ux dx— run only specified audits (use short names listed below)/health-sweep --target 8.0— set a target score and focus the remediation plan on reaching it

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

health-sweep is a skill published in the GitHub repository jschulte/claude-plugins (0 stars, last pushed 25d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 65 tokens to every session and 7,291 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-12.
