I — 方法论骨架 (Interpretation)
这是段永平从巴菲特那里学到的投资总纲，按优先级分为三个维度：
Right Business（对的生意）——最重要
- 就是商业模式：赚钱的方式
- 好的生意模式 = 能长期产生大量净现金流的模式
- 判断标准：差异化大不大、护城河深不深、有没有定价能力
- "再好的车手也很难开好一辆烂车"
Right People（对的人）——第二重要
- 就是企业文化和管理层
- 判断标准：本分、诚信、消费者导向
- 好的文化在好的生意里才能充分发挥
- "当我强调人时，表示生意模式已经看过了"
Right Price（对的价钱）——相对不重要
- 时间会降低价格的重要性
- 只要不是极端贵，好生意+好人值得持有
- "投资人每次做投资决定时如果想的是10年20年的事情，最后的结果很难不好"
思维前提：把上市公司当非上市公司看待——去掉股价波动噪音，只看企业本身。
