right-business-people-price

right-business-people-price is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from kangarooking/duan-yongping-skill. It costs 116 tokens per session (1,937 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An investing framework that evaluates a company in three stages: its business model, its people and culture, and its price. It is intended for deciding whether buying shares means owning a good business at a reasonable price.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it when assessing whether a company may be worth investing in, whether its valuation is reasonable, and what matters most in a long-term holding decision. It is not intended for technical analysis or short-term trading.
Why use it?
It gives investors a way to look beyond short-term share-price movements and judge the company itself. The framework puts the quality of the business and management before the purchase price.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00116 $0.01937
Opus 5 $0.00058 $0.00968
Sonnet 5 $0.00023 $0.00387
Haiku 4.5 $0.00012 $0.00194

Measured 12d ago against content hash 67558d216b63, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

right-business-people-price scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Right Business / Right People / Right Price

(Reading)

"right business,right people,right price.

(Interpretation)

Right Business(对的生意)——最重要

Right People(对的人)——第二重要

Right Price(对的价钱)——相对不重要

(Past Application)

  • 方法论的使用: Right Business(极好的商业模式——生态系统锁定+定价能力)✓;Right People(乔布斯建立的文化+库克是更好的CEO)✓;Right Price(以未来现金流看价格合理)✓

案例 2: 投资GE——Right People判断不足

(Future Trigger) ★

(Execution)

  1. Right Business

  2. Right People 判断

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
