Getting it into your agent
It runs from inside its repository, so the clone comes first — what it calls does not travel with the file alone.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00082 | $0.03396 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00033 | $0.01358 |

Grade A, and why
create-campaign scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 169 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Create a campaign
This skill takes one campaign from "build a campaign for this ICP and offer" to ready-to-send files: research, a plan, targeting filters, qualification rules, segments, and for every segment a strategy, reviewed copy and AI personalization prompts. Everything is written as markdown into a campaign workspace on the user's machine. There is no account, no API key, no platform and no sending: it ends with a summary that tells the user how to find the people, personalize and send with the tools they already use.
The work runs in stages. Each stage writes its own files, ends at a gate where a person says yes, and is a skill of its own, installed next to this one. This body is the map: run the stage's skill when you reach the stage, and follow it.
The rules
- A person approves every gate. You draft in the chat, show it, and write the stage's file only after an explicit yes. You never send email, push to a platform, or ask for an account or API keys.
- Everything is a file. Each stage writes its file into the campaign workspace before the next stage starts. Do not invent platform config files: the workflow stops at markdown.
- Never invent. No prices, times, offers, pay, case studies, metrics or lead magnets that the research, the company's own material or the user do not show. Ask, or leave it out.
- Replies, not opens. Goals and results are replies, positive (interested) replies and clicks. Replies are distinct contacts; an out-of-office is not a reply; opens are never a goal or a reported number.
- A structural copy change is a new version. Improved copy for a sequence that is already sending goes into a new file for the whole sequence (
emails_v3.mdafteremails_v2.md), never next to the old steps as a Variant B: variants are A/B arms that send side by side. - A funding round is not a buying event. Write to the plan the money pays for, never "congrats on the raise".
The workspace
Create a campaign workspace at ./cold-email/{slug}/, where {slug} is a short lowercase hyphenated name for the client or campaign (for example acme-outbound or fintech-founders). Every plan-level and segment-level file goes under that folder. If it already exists, read what is there and start at the first stage whose file is missing (see "Picking up a campaign" below).
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

create-campaign is a skill published in the GitHub repository Ken-Technology/cold-email-skills (4 stars, last pushed 6d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 82 tokens to every session and 3,396 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-28.
