- Folge: alle Banken mussten in 2021/2022 ihre Kunden um aktive Zustimmung zu erhoehten Entgelten bitten.
Änderungsklauseln
- Änderungsklausel "Änderungen der Bedingungen werden mit zweimonatiger Vorlaufzeit wirksam, sofern der Kunde nicht widerspricht" ist nach BGH unwirksam.
- BGH XI ZR 26/20 hat diese seit Jahrzehnten verwendete Klausel gekippt.
Verwahrentgelt (Negativzinsen)
