What is agb-recht-pruefer?

Ein Werkzeug für die Prüfung und Erstellung Allgemeiner Geschäftsbedingungen nach deutschem Recht. AGB sind vorformulierte Vertragsbedingungen, die eine Seite für mehrere Verträge verwendet.

Für Vertragsprüfungen, Redlining, Klauselentwürfe, Compliance-Arbeit und die Bewertung von Risiken nach §§ 305 bis 310 BGB und dem UKlaG.

Es bündelt die Prüfung typischer Klauselrisiken, die Unterscheidung zwischen Verbrauchern und Unternehmen sowie die Überarbeitung problematischer Vertragsformulierungen.
