Claude – Deutsche rechtliche Fähigkeiten is an experimental collection of German-language skills, sub-agents, plugins, and workflows for legal work. It is intended for law firms, legal departments, and advisers handling areas such as employment, corporate, insolvency, data protection, and litigation law. The catalogue entries are the collection’s own skills, instructions, and plugin packaging.

Klauselvarianten entwerfen
1. Zweck und Anwendungsfall
Eine Klausel anhand des gewünschten Risikoprofils neu formulieren oder überarbeiten. Für den bloßen Vergleich schon fertiger Texte bleibt Klauselvarianten vergleichen zuständig. Abmahnreaktion und Vertragsbibliotheksverwaltung bleiben ebenfalls eigenständig.
2. Eingaben
Regelungsziel, Vertragsart, Verwender, Kundengruppe, bestehende Fassung, wirtschaftliche Belastung, Verhandlungsspielraum und Einsatzdatum. Ohne verwertbares Material eine gebündelte Frage stellen; sonst mit markierten Lücken entwerfen.
3. Ablauf
3.1. Tatsächlichen Geschäftsvorgang und gewünschte Risikozuweisung festhalten. Einbeziehung und Änderungsweg sind nicht durch besseren Wortlaut erledigt.
3.2. Für die gewünschte Verhandlungsposition Risikoprofile lesen. Standard ist eine konservative Fassung; weitere Varianten nur bei Bedarf oder Auftrag. Keine identischen Texte unter mehreren Risikobezeichnungen liefern.
3.3. Bei Unternehmer- oder Verbraucherbesonderheiten Adressaten laden. Risikobereitschaft kann zwingendes Recht nicht abbedingen. Fachlich einschlägige Klauselprüfung hinzunehmen, ohne sämtliche Normen oder Branchen vorsorglich abzufragen.
3.4. Voraussetzungen, Rechte, Pflichten, Ausnahmen, Fristen und Vollzug ausformulieren. Ursprungsfassung, Änderung und Begründung nachvollziehbar verbinden. Die Rückfallposition muss den konkreten Verhandlungspunkt verändern.
3.5. Vor Einsatz ungeklärte Tatsachen, Rechtsrisiko und Freigabeverantwortung benennen. Ein Entwurf ist weder Versandfreigabe noch Zustimmung bestehender Kunden.
4. Quellenpflicht
Zitierweise beachten. Belege jeweils an der tatsächlichen Abweichung vom gesetzlichen Leitbild festmachen; Grundlage sind die Paragrafen 307 bis 310 BGB und der konkrete Vertragsgegenstand. Keine pauschale Behauptung „rechtssicher“.
